God truly has done a wonderful work here at Calvary Chapel of Phelan.
Calvary Chapel of Phelan began in January 1989 by Pastor Larry Anderson, in fellowship with Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa and Pastor Chuck Smith. We enjoy a healthy, loving and growing family atmosphere. The Lord has done a wonderful work of grace in the hearts of those who gather here, and we hope that His love is evident to all who enter our doors. We are currently providing three Sunday morning services each week.
We give a great deal of attention to teaching God's Word, so that we might worship Him in Spirit and in truth. We also place an importance on our worship in song, for the Lord has put a new song in our hearts, and He loves to hear the praises of His people.
In addition, we believe you'll find a warm and loving teaching ministry to your children as well. They're presented with teaching specifically geared to their level of understanding, as we have found this to be a most effective way to insure their spiritual growth.
