Student Admissions

Procedure
The applicant must submit a completed application and reference form. Please read carefully the instructions on this application.

Limited Enrollment
Enrollment is limited to 25 students per class.

Application Fee
An application fee of $15 must be included when the application is returned. (Fee is non-refundable)

Additional Expenses
There are no additional tuition fees, however, students will be required to purchase any books or reference materials required by the instructor of each course.

Time and Location Of Classes
Classes are held Tuesday evenings, from 7 pm to 9 pm. Located at Calvary Chapel of Phelan, 4501 Nielsen Rd. Phelan, CA 92371.

Grading System
CCPSOM uses the "Pass" or "Fail" grading system. Included in the criteria for grading is attendance, reading assignments, and tests or papers. Grades of Incomplete are seldom given, and only when severe illness or family problems prevent the student from finishing the semester.

Other grades issued are "W" for official withdrawal, "UW" for unofficial withdrawal which is given when a student registers but discontinues class attendance.

Class Attendance and Tardiness
Attendance and promptness is a significant component of the grading policy. Under no condition can the student have more than three (3) "unexcused" absences and receive credit for the course. Students are expected to be in class promptly. Being late three times counts as one unexcused absence. In case of absences due to illness or emergency, the student must request an "excused" absence by calling the CCPSOM office (760) 868-5102. The Instructor will then be informed of the absence and excuse.
