Baldy Mesa Home Fellowship

7:00 PM Wednesday Evenings
On Wednesday evenings we gather together as a group of believers to worship our Lord in song and in prayer, to study His word, and to enjoy the blessings of Anna’s kitchen, and other “potluck” contributions… following the pattern of Acts chapter 2 verse 42 that reads…
“And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.”
We are just finishing up the study of Haggai, and will start in Colossians on February 17th. Come join us, it’s a fun group. For further information call 760.646.6882.

Charis Girls, our Jr. High Girls Study, has moved - we are now meeting at Caitlyn Ratliff's house, which is off Sacramento Rd. in Phelan. Jr. High girls can call Chrisie Camphuis (760.662.6855) for details. We have begun the book The Secret Keeper, which deals with modesty.
Pinon Hills Home Fellowship

Our Monday night home fellowship in Pinon Hills continues to move forward in the book of Luke. We have completed the “Truth Project” and found it to be a wonderful experience as we discovered how important and relevant it is to have a biblical world view as Christians. Now we are being reacquainted with the life and ministry of our Lord seeking how we can be built up as we look at His life and the hope that can be found in Him. Amen!
2009 Junior High Retreat

This was the second year we returned to Mile High Pines for the Jr. High Retreat. There was a great turnout; almost 30 kids! Praise God for providing for every Jr. Higher to go. The theme was Philippians 1:21, "to live is Christ, to die is gain." Every person present was challenged to live for Christ, no matter the cost, by each of the gifted teachers. During free time, there were the options such as hiking, archery, volleyball, or the infamous game of "ninja" that took camp by storm. The Saturday evening afterglow was a time of prayer and seeking the LORD. Several kids from our youth group made a decision to accept Christ for the first time, while several others rededicated their lives. One of the most amazing things to watch was the transformation clearly visible in each kid's life. God did many amazing things, many of which won't be fully known this side of heaven.

VIRTUE is a once a month, HIGH SCHOOL girls night out!! A time where we get together and have a sweet time of fellowship, worship, and getting to know more of the ONE who created us! Each month the girls have prayer sisters and new relationships are being formed! VIRTUE is a great opportunity for young girls to create bonds not only with their sisters in the Lord, but a deeper love for their Savior!
